Sugar, spice, and a whole lotta chai flavour ☕️

Meet my vanilla chai cake: 3 generous layers of soft brown sugar sponge infused with real chai tea, star anise, and a homemade spice blend, sandwiched with the silkiest vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

This layer cake is cosy, fragrant, and will warm you from within, just like a proper chai latte!

Almond and cherry? That’s amore🍒🇮🇹

These Italian amaretti jam drop cookies are crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and oozing with cherry jam. The fact that they’re gluten free and dairy free is just the cherry on top 🤌

Stop scrolling and bake these cheesy pesto scrolls

Stop scrolling and bake these cheesy pesto scrolls instead! 🌿✨

Incredibly light and fluffy, with ribbons of pesto running through the dough and pockets of melty cheese in every bite. Basically, a scroll so good I reckon it could give the iconic cheesymite a run for its money.

Swipe for some cheese-pull action 🙌

Would you believe me if I told you these brownies

Would you believe me if I told you these brownies were gluten-free? 👀

My flourless chocolate orange brownies are fudgy, moist, and ridiculously chocolately. Plus, they taste just like a Terry’s Chocolate Orange 🍫🍊

…did I mention they’re chocolatey?

Easy to pick up, impossible to put down 😌

My raspberry hand pies are officially live! They’re stuffed with a jammy raspberry filling and wrapped in layers of flaky pastry.

They’re also incredibly low-maintenance. Use fresh or frozen berries, and whatever pastry you have on hand — whether that’s a fresh batch of dough, store-bought, or those leftover scraps you’ve been saving. Whatever gets these into your hands faster.
