My raspberry hand pies are officially live! They’re stuffed with a jammy raspberry filling and wrapped in layers of flaky pastry.

They’re also incredibly low-maintenance. Use fresh or frozen berries, and whatever pastry you have on hand — whether that’s a fresh batch of dough, store-bought, or those leftover scraps you’ve been saving. Whatever gets these into your hands faster.
